">Job Requirements
">We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Nordic team. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.">
- Assisting in the monthly closure process, including an overview of all open Purchase Orders and follow-up.">
- Processing and releasing invoices for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.">
- Creating and maintaining vendor records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.">
- Administering our general SharePoint site and folders.">
- Preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities as required.">
- Handling incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.">
- Supporting the Office Manager in planning and preparing for various day-to-day office operations.">
- Maintaining office utilities, ensuring office supplies and utilities are well-stocked and organized.">
Qualifications and Experience
">Key qualifications and experience include:

- Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP.">
- Educational background from Administration/Business or equivalent.">
- Passionate about providing high-quality service to a passionate team.">
- Good understanding and experience working with financial processes.">
- Attention to detail and quality.">
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a business-oriented solution approach.">
- Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams.">
- Experience working in an international environment.">
- Fluency in Danish and English (verbal and written).">
