Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an experienced Senior Production Finance Partner to join our team in Production Accounting & Compliance. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial excellence in our production environment, and supporting the financial success of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with the line of business to support planning and decision-making
  2. Contribution to transparent costing of all products
  3. Participation in Month End and Year End closing processes and budget periods
  4. Maintenance of a high level of compliance and a strong financial framework within SAP
  5. Collaboration with colleagues in Global Business Services department in India
  6. Ensuring House in Order and a high quality in Production Accounting elements and processes

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of financial processes and underlying accounting flows, as well as experience with SAP and accounting knowledge. You will also need to have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at different levels of the organization.

About the Team

Production Accounting & Compliance is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance (PSQIT), a dynamic and international team of around 100 people from diverse backgrounds. Our team is responsible for ensuring a strong financial foundation in SAP across the Novo Nordisk supply chain, overseeing production accounting, and maintaining a high level of compliance in our Sarbox control environment.
