Your Role: As our new Customer Success Manager, you will contribute to our mission by providing exceptional customer support, driving growth, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Key Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, in a similar customer-facing position
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Professional fluency in English, with native fluency in Spanish
