We are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Hobro. As a member of our sales function, you will contribute to the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will have experience in concrete, precast or similar construction products, as well as solid sales experience. Strong technical education and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act in full compliance with business and commercial rules, promoting professional values.
  • Define and implement sales policies in terms of customer segmentation, prospect selection, volume allocation, and pricing structure setup.
  • Develop sales through top-level customer relationships, including frequent contact-points, active listening, and proactive value-added solutions.
  • Set up a reliable sales forecasting/planning process.
  • Report sales KPIs, define improvement initiatives, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Proactively manage customers' claims through interactions with stakeholders (customers, internal Quality, Production, and Finance departments).
  • Discuss credit limits with the Finance department and ensure tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to build a Marketing & Communication plan and contribute to its implementation.

You will report to the Sales Director DK/Benelux.
