Global Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Commercial Director to join our team at Performativ, a leading wealth management software company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales playbooks to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement winning sales playbooks for each stage of the sales cycle, including lead nurturing, and analyze sales conversation patterns to devise effective tactics to convert and recover opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop our commercial efforts, including coaching account executives to become exceptional salespeople, and engage personally in winning high-value deals to demonstrate our commitment to potential clients.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development within B2B SaaS, banking, or wealth management, ideally from an exponentially growing company.
- Methodical and structured approach, with a focus on driving repeatable results.
- Hungry, motivated hunter with a go-getter mentality, commercially savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, capable of gaining respect from both the sales team and clients.
- Previous commercial leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to think outside the box and introduce innovative ideas to enhance our sales motion.
- Results-driven and ambitious, aiming to exceed target.
