- Equipment Management: Ensure we always operate on the right equipment and promote continuous improvement.
- Product Development: Develop new and innovative products and solutions that elevate our coffee offer and reduce complexity while keeping our brand relevant.
- Supplier Management: Assist in setting up local roasters and suppliers of equipment for own-operated markets and franchise.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the coffee industry.
- Coffee Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of coffee equipment and machinery.
- Roasting Experience: Experience in roasting is preferable, but basic knowledge is required.
- Creative Mindset: Creative and innovative mindset, wanting to explore new trends.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Deadline-driven with problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Growth Mindset: Growth mindset with the ability to think in scalable solutions and frameworks.
