The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring a multi-billion-dollar CAPEX portfolio comprising multiple complex projects globally. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive project controls strategies, driving continuous improvement in project controls processes, and establishing reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability across all projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project controls within large-scale CAPEX environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries
  • Expertise: Proven ability to manage large, complex portfolios with a strong understanding of cost control, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), and risk management frameworks
