About This Role

The Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, optimizing last-mile delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong understanding of logistics coordination, e-commerce administration, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in using tools like Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Managing customer interactions on platforms.
  • Documenting customer interactions and providing actionable feedback.
  • Handling negative review management on platforms like Amazon.
E-Commerce Administration:
  • Maintaining and updating product data in the PIM system.
  • Optimizing Shopify integrations with 3PLs/carriers to automate tracking and fulfillment.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Managing KOL bulk shipping, order creation, and tracking.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders to organize shipments.
  • Proactively tracking shipments and resolving delays with 3PLs.
  • Monitoring Shopify inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
