About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Neuroscience Drug Development Strategist to join our R&D organization. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in competitive intelligence and drive strategic insights across our pipeline of promising neuroscience drug candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to provide actionable insights on CI matters.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the competitive landscape within neuroscience and communicate key findings to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Global Project Teams (GPTs), brand teams, R&D departments, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
What You Bring
  • A master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field; ideally, a PhD and/or MBA degree.
  • No less than 5-10 years of experience in competitive intelligence from biotech/pharma or a relevant technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma value chain, from drug discovery to loss of exclusivity.
  • Fluency in English.
