Video Content Creator for Digital Marketing and Client Experience

About the Role

You will be part of the Service Content Management team as part of the Saxo Group Commercial, which manages digital marketing and customer experience and support for the group, playing an instrumental role in building and improving the Saxo Experience.

We aim to offer our clients world-class service and support through accurate, relevant, engaging, and client-friendly content via our digital support channels, ensuring they get the help they need to navigate our wide range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Service Content to identify client needs and gaps in our service knowledge base, producing and realizing videos that provide clients a smooth and effective introduction and support to use our platforms and trade our products.
  • Record, edit, and publish How-to/Tutorial style video content across multiple markets and languages.
  • Work with global teams such as the Trading Platforms team, Marketing, and Client Services to create relevant and accurate videos.
  • Keep the video content up to date with the continuously evolving platforms and services.
  • Manage video content: ensure videos are uploaded in our help center, monitor analytics for video performance, and oversee projects from creation to maintenance.

Your Profile

  • You are a student with at least 1 year left of your studies.
  • You have experience with video recording and editing software; experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • You have a passion for video production and editing, engaging in it as a hobby.
  • You are organized and eager to deliver quality and effective content that positively improves the client experience.
  • You can manage multiple stakeholders and are proactive in aligning on tasks.
  • You are fluent in English - written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or interest in the following fields is appreciated:

  • Finance or economics – a passion for financial markets and technology's impact on traders.
  • Client experience – creativity and a critical eye to help identify and improve clients' journeys in using our services and platforms.
