Global Health Portfolio Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Health Category Portfolio Lead to join our team at Novonesis. As a key member of our Global Portfolio Team, you will be responsible for defining the long-term Health Category strategy and portfolio, as well as innovation choices within the Mental Health area.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Mental Health Global Portfolio life-cycle management process and deliverables, from ideation stage to maturity.
- Identify growth drivers for the Mental Health Category, beyond Commercial and Science.
- Drive optimization initiatives and focus on performance and profitability within the Mental Health Category.
- Ensure overview of key portfolio data and documentation required for the Mental Health Category strategy and tactics.
- Be the Mental Health Category Portfolio expert, mastering the need for and securing the overview of commercial GINs needed to drive a competitive business.
- Manage existing portfolio, driving SKU/GIN rationalization, and coordinating with the Product Design Team.
- Work in close collaboration with Novonesis R&D Project Management Team for NPDs and for CPDs with Product Design.
- Strong scientific and business culture.
- Demonstrated track-record in science-based developments, with demonstrated expertise in driving innovation and growth in global multiple markets environments.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C food ingredients value chains.
- Ability to monitor technical competitive environment and synthesize intelligence for the Category Health area.
- Strong sense of ownership, proven ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to articulate and communicate scientific complex portfolio in a changing environment.
- Capacity to embrace agile ways of working with a pragmatic approach.
