Global Director, Rare Disease Treatment Access

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) efforts in the Rare Blood Disorders market. As the Global Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal access to our treatments for patients with Haemophilia, sickle cell disease (SCD), and Thalassemia.
Key Responsibilities- HEOR Strategy Development: Lead the development of HE models, economic evaluations, budget impact studies, quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC) to inform our market access and pricing strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Medical, biostats, Commercial, and Market Access and Pricing, to ensure alignment on priorities and strategies.
- Global Reimbursement Dossier: Develop and maintain the Global Reimbursement Dossier, ensuring that affiliates have access to HEOR data and resources to support market access efforts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HEOR professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- Education: Master's degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Skills: Proven experience in building and managing complex matrices, fluency in written and verbal English, and a good understanding of Indirect Therapeutic Comparison (ITC) methods and analysis.
