Senior Sales Leader for Strategic Growth

Synthesia is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive strategic growth in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through landing and expanding high-value customers in France.
- Develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through direct and teamed prospecting.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of account plans.
- Cultivate subject matter expertise in business communications and material transformation through video.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team on account adoption, retention, and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, landing, and expanding high-value logos, with a proven track record of exceeding $1 million in annual quota.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to conduct product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
- The ability to identify client pain points and develop compelling value propositions focused on delivering ROI.
- Experience working in reputable, value-driven sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and examples of building business value and champions across complex global organisations.
- Rapid growth experience and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Executive presence, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
