About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our project centre, you will be responsible for managing the overall implementation of projects, ensuring quality, cost, time, and client satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize financial performance.
  • Deliver project leadership and execution to agreed time and budget deliverables.
  • Design and deliver project scope according to project agreement.
  • Drive productivity through utilization of global processes and tools, and ensure project governance and risk management.
  • Manage scope changes and issue Variation Orders.
  • Secure project communication and documentation according to plan.
  • Ensure application of Best Practices and lesson learned, providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools.
  • Manage a safe working environment for all.
About You

You will be a seasoned project manager with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, Food Science or similar discipline, and at least 5-8 years of project management experience. You will possess PMP certification, or the motivation to attain it, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Basic AutoCAD Skills.

You will be an excellent communicator with very good negotiation skills and the capability to manoeuvre through political and cultural situations in an effective way. Building relationships is something that comes naturally to you, and you are a team player with a strong desire to deliver impactful results.
