Talent Acquisition Director Opportunity at The LEGO Group

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a proven track record of leading global talent acquisition teams and driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team in Billund, Denmark.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong internal relationships with senior leaders. As a key member of our global talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive hiring strategy that supports the growth and success of The LEGO Group.

About the Role:

  • Lead Global Recruitment Teams: Develop and implement a global operational hiring strategy to support talent acquisition needs.
  • Champion TA Activities: Champion and implement talent acquisition activities globally, including attraction, employer branding, sourcing, pipelining, selection, and assessment.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global market trends and insights to inform the global TA strategy.
  • Team Management: Build, manage, coach, empower, and develop a successful geographically dispersed team while driving high team impact and development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Role-model how data and insights can be used to influence hiring and enhance overall effectiveness across the TA function.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Build multi-channel go-to-market strategies to deliver D&I targets using an insight-driven approach based on speed and cost of acquisition.

  • Leadership Experience: Outstanding leadership of diverse and global recruitment teams, with proven experience role-modelling as a strong leader and creating a culture of impressive employee engagement and team collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrable experience in leading an international recruitment agenda and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strategic Vision: A strategic vision with the ability to identify future business needs and adapt/develop accordingly.
  • Data Confidence: A confidence with data and the ability to use insights to drive performance and decision making.
  • Rapport Building: Proven ability in fostering strong internal relationships with senior leaders and delivering results in a rapid and ever-evolving environment.
  • Curious and Brave: Curious and brave in exploring new ways of hiring.

Estimated Salary Range: €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
