About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to join our Strategy & Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic transformation programmes, including digital transformation initiatives, with high exposure across the LEGO Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver strategic transformation programmes;
  • Orchestrate and plan execution activities, including business change and dependency management;
  • Provide programme visibility, problem-solve to remove/resolve roadblocks, and support leadership in making informed decisions;
  • Conduct in-depth problem-solving and provide data-driven recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues;
  • Mentor and coach team members to deliver and support an entire delivery organization.

About the Team:

The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development, cross-functional transformation, and value realization, working on major strategic priorities for the company.

We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and transformational topics.

The Transformation Team is a diverse team with backgrounds in consulting and/or industry in strategy & transformation, acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.

Requirements:

  • A higher degree in finance, business, or management, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong business acumen;
  • 10+ years of proven track record in management consultancy or an internal FMCG transformation function;
  • Proven track record from ERP implementation, preferably SAP 4 HANA;
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of large business initiatives and transformations;
  • Strong drive and willingness to learn, being proactive and resourceful;
  • Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and communication skills;
  • An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape.
