We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Director to join our Nordic organization. As Business Unit Manager Food, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the food and discounter channels.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and develop your team to drive business results
- Build and achieve the channel/group of accounts results: turnover, market share, and commercial margin (both on- and offline)
About You
- You have 4-5 years' experience from a similar role (preferably from the FMCG industry)
- You are passionate about consumer insights and how to translate them into business opportunities with a customer-centric mindset
