- Support the management team in a wide range of tasks, including planning, prioritizing, and executing projects.
- Work closely with the PP assistant group to solve tasks across the area and maintain a 'need-to' mindset to avoid over-processing and standardize administrative processes.
- Utilize your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development, while being visible in an ever-changing organization and learning from skilled and knowledgeable people.
- Experience with presentation and great communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities.
- A flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets.
- Ability to navigate in the SAP system.
- Preferably, experience in a management team or familiarity with management and change management theories.
- Preferably, 3-5 years of experience from a similar position.
PP Production Support is a dynamic department with approximately 145 highly engaged and motivated employees. As a Department Assistant, you will be an integral part of the management team and report directly to the Director of the department.
PP Production Support is a supporting department that consists of eight teams, each covering a specific area of expertise. These teams include calibration, electricity, ATEX, CE, SAP, mechanical maintenance, cooling and ventilation, facility management, work permit, warehouse, future maintenance, RVS, and utility production support.
