About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Future QC Standard Track Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and ensuring IT/OT standards on our computerized equipment in the Quality Control laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain IT/OT standards for computerized equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for long-term sustainability of equipment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve laboratory operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT/OT specialists to achieve quality and compliance objectives.

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in QC and IT/OT, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of GMP and technical expertise in IT/OT.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English, with Danish language skills an advantage.

You will join a dynamic and multicultural team within the Department of Digitalization and IT (DD&IT) Future Standards, which is responsible for ensuring the best-in-class laboratory standards in partnership with the Quality Control process team.
