About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Monta. As a Senior SRE, you will play a key role in building and managing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure real-time visibility into system performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to incidents and outages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of new tools and processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, AWS, and containerization.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
