Job DescriptionThis role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of robust Change Management processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our services. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end IT Change Management process, including planning, coordination, and execution of changes.
Key Responsibilities- Change Management Leadership: Develop and implement effective Change Management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- CAB Meetings and Communication: Coordinate CAB meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve Change Management processes to optimize outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on Change Management best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all Change Management activities and processes, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Curious Mindset: Possess a curious and open nature, with a desire to share knowledge and collaborate with others.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum +2 years working as a Change Manager.
- Structured Approach: Deliver within agreed deadlines and possess a structured approach to work.
- Strong Documentation Skills: Excellent written documentation skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
