Vi søger nu en Digital Learning Specialist til vores Academyafdeling, hvor du vil være med til at forme og designe fremtidens lærings-, troubleshooting- og onboardingunivers inden for luftfartsindustriens Ground Support. Vestergaard Company Academy 2.0 er navnet på dette spændende globale initiativ.

Om stillingen:
I vores nyoprettede stilling som Digital Learning Specialist vil du få en central rolle i udviklingen og implementeringen af vores nye globale trænings- og læringsunivers, som skal bidrage til øget kundetilfredshed og loyalitet samt reduktion af omkostninger til traditionel træning. Derudover skal vores interne onboarding og videndeling også blive en del af dette univers. Du vil være ansvarlig for at udvikle og implementere en e-læringsplatform samt skabe og målrette kursusindhold og læringsressourcer, videoer, lyd, grafik og animationer, der opfylder vores strategiske ambitioner – som er store. Din ekspertise og erfaring er essentiel vil være afgørende for at vi sammen opnår vores fælles mål om at tilbyde online undervisning, troubleshooting og onboarding til vores medarbejdere, samarbejdspartnere og kunder globalt.

Du bliver en del af Customer Service med direkte reference til Carsten D. Laursen, Director Customer Service Department. Customer Service består af 49 dygtige og engagerede medarbejdere – 27 rejsende montører samt 22 medarbejdere på kontoret i Gevninge. Det er en afdeling præget af faglig stolthed, travlhed samt høj trivsel og en rigtig god stemning.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Bidrage til udviklingen af strategiske mål for e-læringsplatformen.
  • Identificere og analysere læringsbehov for vores målgrupper.
  • Implementering af en e-læringsplatform.
  • Design og udvikling af e-læringsindhold og -forløb i forskellige formater.
  • Monitorere brugernes fremskridt og evaluere kursernes effektivitet.
  • Teste og justere indholdet baseret på brugerfeedback.
  • Konfigurere og tilpasse systemet til virksomhedens behov.
  • Sikre optimal funktion af e-læringsindhold og yde teknisk support til brugere.
  • Analysere brugerdata og rapportere om effektiviteten af e-læringsplatformen.
  • Ad-hoc opgaver fx udarbejdelse af årshjul, undervisningsmateriale samt projektopgaver.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring med e-læringssystemer/LMS-systemer herunder færdigheder i evaluering af brugerfeedback samt justeringer af e-læringsindhold.
  • Erfaring med produktion og redigering af video, lyd og grafik til e-læringsindhold.
  • Generel viden og kendskab til digitale systemer samt et innovativt mindset.
  • Evne til at analysere læringsbehov og målgrupper samt analytiske færdigheder til at vurdere effektiviteten af vores initiativer.
  • Strategisk forståelse samt fokus på holistiske løsninger.
  • Fremragende skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsfærdigheder i dansk og engelsk.
  • Kundeservicefærdigheder til at besvare brugernes spørgsmål og løse tekniske problemer.
