Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Expert - Strategic Account Manager to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction from key accounts in the manufacturing, life science, and financial services sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT consulting and management, with a proven track record of delivering business and technology transformation projects in customer-facing roles. A strong background in senior-level executive engagement, advisory experience, and account management is essential.

You will work closely with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs, desired outcomes, and key results. Your expertise in guiding customers through the journey of cloud adoption and digital transformation, including modernization and migration of existing IT assets, will be invaluable in achieving customer success.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide exceptional support to customers throughout the sales cycle and delivery of high-quality engagements. Your ability to act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services will accelerate realization of customer outcomes through the AWS cloud.

Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end solutions for manufacturing or retail and wholesale industries, managing commercial agreements and creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and working with relevant product specialists and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on the AWS Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles
  • Senior level executive engagement and advisory experience within the manufacturing, life science, and financial services sectors
  • Extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting, relationship management, achieving growth targets/sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development
  • Strong analytical capabilities, relentlessly thinking big, championing innovative customer outcomes
