About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) – Fill & Finish Expansions department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Fill Finish Expansion and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support Fill Finish Expansion's and Novo Nordisk's strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand vendor requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Manage vendor-related risks and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in vendor management and procurement.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
