  2. Service Delivery Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with stakeholders to develop and implement changes that enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Talent Development: Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement service delivery agreements that meet customer needs.

You have a strong background in IT service delivery, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful service delivery strategies. You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

We expect that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other service delivery disciplines.
  • Mastery of ITIL principles.
