Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content syndication, and display advertising.
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing tactics using ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, and Termius.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to support campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize content that engages our target audience and drives lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage paid social media strategies to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Work with the marketing operations team to optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search campaigns to drive organic paid traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Manage marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot.
  • Find and manage content partners for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various digital campaigns to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with sales and product teams' objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them in campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
    • A strong understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Act with integrity and speak up when you see wrongdoing.
