We are DEPT, a pioneering agency born digital. Our team of innovators and creatives is always looking forward, and we're seeking a talented Account Manager to join our Client Service team in Copenhagen.

Job Purpose:
As an Account Manager at DEPT, you'll work in close collaboration with our team of strategists, project managers, and specialists to define work scope, support in building project plans, and come up with innovative suggestions to help clients maximize their potential in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategically advise clients on their digital marketing strategy with a strong foundation in data, making them nod in silence because they didn't think about it themselves.
2. Set high standards for client collaborations by being the link between the DEPT specialist team and clients, ensuring each project is executed according to deadlines and in line with quality and performance targets.
3. Take care of clients and build trusting relationships with them. You go that extra mile, showing a genuine interest in them, remembering their birthdays and kids' names, making them feel understood, appreciated, and taken care of.

What We're Looking For:
1. Approximately 3 years of experience with digital marketing, either from an agency or a relevant in-house role.
2. Good business sense and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in tackling strategic business challenges and providing clients with guidance to achieve their objectives.
3. Master the art of aligning expectations and accurately estimate project timeliness.
4. Can scope work, are not afraid to negotiate, and actively contribute to resolving process and project-related issues.
5. Strong communication skills that enable you to take the stage and confidently present your ideas and visions in front of others.
6. Actively follow the newest trends in the digital space and are able to separate hype from relevant business impact.
7. Can accurately interpret data and have a solid analytical understanding of performance, forecasting, and budget management.
8. Given the focus on digital marketing, hands-on experience with one of the following areas can be beneficial: Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO - as well as experience with Google Analytics.
9. Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
