Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  1. Develop relationships with customers to identify opportunities and create value-based growth for the organization.
  2. Engage with stakeholders related to delivery and commercial discussions.
  3. Lead at least two medium-to-large deliveries, preferably on core Digital products or ERP or CRM.
  4. Manage vendor relationships to deliver value to customers.
  5. Drive the annual planning/budgeting exercise with inputs from relevant stakeholders.
  6. Identify and assess risks/dependencies associated with programs.
  7. Work on new proposals independently.
  8. Draft commercial documents.
  9. Manage escalations and provide guidance/solutions.
  10. Analyze data to ensure KPIs/SLAs are documented.
  11. Publish engagement level reports and executive summaries.
