Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Product Manager to join our team in Middelfart or the UK. As a Senior Clinical Product Manager, you will oversee products showcasing the complexity and diversity of our offerings. You will interact with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and a global network of customers and key opinion leaders in the field of hearing aid fitting solutions and audiometry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop products and user software, ensuring they are ready for the next step from a clinical perspective.
- Serve as a primary contact in the clinical area, ensuring our products have the right features and functions. Create supporting clinical documentation, training materials, user guides, and videos.
- Train clinicians (direct training) and our sales organization (train the trainer). Assist with seminars and customer presentations alongside local sales and training teams.
- Create materials to support product use and registration across different markets.
Requirements
We expect you to hold a bachelor's or master's degree in audiology with over 5 years of experience in a clinic or similar job. You should be meticulous, capable of maintaining focus on multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient in managing processes with advanced English skills. Experience with documentation and authority requirements, international experience, and a flexible mindset are significant benefits.
