About the Role:

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Plant Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Videbæk, Denmark. As a key member of our Plant Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our service technicians, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wind farms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to service technicians, including troubleshooting and repair of issues
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during weekends and holidays

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in industrial networking, cybersecurity, and automation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Cisco equipment and CCNA certification
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols, such as MODBUS and IEC104
