Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Leader to oversee complex projects, driving innovation and sustainability in the energy industry. As part of our offshore wind project management team, you will be responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee programs of complex sub-projects across multiple business units, ensuring timely delivery and meeting commercial deadlines.
  • Provide clear leadership, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project targets and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, maintaining effective communication with senior management and ensuring program-level scoping and budget accountability.
  • Monitor program milestones, actively balancing risk profiles and providing transparency on present risk levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Documented experience in program management or large project management in a global project organization, with +8 years of experience.
  • Formal project management training and certification (e.g., IPMA Level B or A, Prince2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional).
  • Wind energy industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with making required decisions and setting direction when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to address senior management and engage in 1-on-1 dialogues with colleagues.
  • Result-focused throughout the project team, with a focus on opportunities rather than obstacles.
