About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Non-Financial Risk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a strong professional environment in relevant non-financial risk areas, developing competent employees and teams, and promoting innovation and change to ensure that DNB Auto Finance practices and established best practices in all relevant areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a strong professional environment in relevant non-financial risk areas
  • Develop competent employees and team
  • Promote innovation and change to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to handling operational risk and compliance themes in a robust and sustainable manner with high quality

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or other related control functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry regulations (e.g., AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, privacy, and operational risk)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a bonus)
