Job Description
The Global Employer Branding Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a global employer branding strategy that communicates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract external talent and engage employees globally. This role will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand message across all touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a global employer branding strategy based on EVP positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice.
- Establish collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and a consistent employer brand message.
- Manage external employer branding agency in the development and distribution of employer branding content.
- Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Adapt the global employer branding strategy to local markets, taking into account cultural differences and local preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding.
Your Profile
You are a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field. You have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that resonate both internally and externally.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively partner with external vendors.
- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
