We are looking for a Global Business Development Specialist to join our expanding customer base. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries.

You will play a crucial role in customer success by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the entire customer experience. Key responsibilities include developing new business with existing clients in alignment with the company and sales strategy, building long-term relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts and closing agreements, answering client queries, and preparing reporting and forecasts.
