About the Role

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee ongoing campaign efforts across brands and business areas. As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive a digital-first mindset and ensure effective outcomes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Secure strong brand positions in a digital environment through continuous campaign efforts.
  • Create engaging programs for our E-commerce business.
  • Lead yearly content and campaign cycles.
  • Develop and execute media plans for products across various digital channels.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and performance using KPI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital assets, content, and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage timelines and budgets for ongoing campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate seamless campaign processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of digital marketing across channels and platforms. Essential project management skills and experience leading big teams to success in a digital context are valuable. You should be a digital change agent with a can-do attitude, driving projects independently and with great authority.

We expect the following qualifications from you:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • +7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in leading project management roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Able to collaborate with various stakeholders, provide guidance, and motivate team members.
  • Excellent analytical abilities for evaluating data, measuring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for conveying digital strategies, collaborating with team members, and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Med Tech or Healthcare is advantageous.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
