Cozymeal, Inc. is a leading global marketplace for culinary experiences and products. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Editorial Manager to lead the creation of content on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in culinary and lifestyle content (written and visual) and a proven track record of driving content strategy.

  1. Map and drive the company's content strategy, including its annual content plan.
  2. Create and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure the content team executes on deliverables.
  3. Set publication standards, including goals and expectations for the team.
  4. Help assign, edit and create content for the company's magazine through creating article outlines for writers, reviewing article drafts and sourcing images for articles.
  5. Build and schedule articles with Cozymeal's custom blog CMS.
  6. Review and publish new content (visual and written) on the company's website for cooking classes, food tours and other experiences.
  7. Help source, curate and oversee the company's image gallery and visual content.
  8. Mentor Digital Content Editors and other team members with digital content editing best practices.
  9. Manage the onboarding process for new writers, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
