We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Manager to join our team at Aeven A/S. As a Cloud Manager, you will be responsible for leading our cloud transformation journey, developing and implementing our hybrid cloud strategy, and managing a team of cloud transformation leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our hybrid cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage a team of cloud transformation leads, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including IT, management, and customers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their cloud needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure the adoption and maturation of Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model, participating in proposals and sales within the hybrid cloud area.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business administration, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in management, preferably in a consulting, cloud, or IT service provider setting.
- Base knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud orchestration or designs.
- Experience leading IT projects and/or cloud journeys through a service provider or consulting company or as part of the IT department or CCoE in a corporate organization with a mature IT strategy and/or cloud ambition.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, lead, and advise customers through the cloud transformation process.
- Empathy and understanding of how to motivate and lead a team, with the ability to work independently and secure project results through personal leadership.
