Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team in Berlin or Copenhagen. Our product suite is designed to offer flexibility and transparency, allowing everyone to maintain control over their EV charging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects with PMs from problem to solution, ensuring design and user experience align with high standards and project objectives.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Display strong competence in both UX and UI design, with a significant emphasis on UX.
  • Work closely with PMs, researchers, designers, and engineers to create cohesive and user-centric designs.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer in B2B product teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
  • Self-driven and eager to tackle new challenges.
  • Confident and ambitious, with a desire to create the best products.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude.
  • A team player, understanding the importance of collaboration.
  • Expertise in standard UX/UI tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excited about driving the design practice forward in the organization.
