Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Product Trio, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that enhance our product's value across key user journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct continuous user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
  2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs adhering to user-centered design principles.
  3. Explore multiple design options, using prototyping tools to visualize and test concepts.
  4. Engage in ongoing collaboration with the Product Trio to drive continuous discovery efforts.
  5. Participate in user interviews, feedback sessions, and validation activities to gather insights and validate assumptions.
  6. Maintain and evolve the visual, user experience, and accessibility aspects of the design system.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
  2. Strong skills in design tools such as Figma or similar.
  3. Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
