About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the LEO Foundation Skin Immunology Research Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in immunology and microbiology, with a focus on skin-related diseases.

The LEO Foundation Skin Immunology Research Center is part of the University of Copenhagen's Department of Immunology and Microbiology. Our research focuses on understanding the complex interactions between the immune system and the skin, with a particular emphasis on atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

As a postdoctoral researcher in our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with international experts in the field. You will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of new research ideas.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting experiments to investigate the role of B and T cells in skin-related diseases
  • Analyzing data from flow cytometry, RNA sequencing, and other experimental techniques
  • Contributing to the development of new research ideas and projects
  • Collaborating with other researchers and experts in the field
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in immunology, microbiology, or a related field
  • Strong experience in flow cytometry, RNA sequencing, and other experimental techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong interest in skin-related diseases and immunology
