Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Nordic region team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing logistics operational plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving cost optimization across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local operational plans for warehousing and distribution to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize efficiency throughout the supply chain.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance, cost development, and plan process improvements with LSPs and/or customers (Service-Based Pricing approach).
  • Implement innovative logistics models to respond to customer needs and deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Define logistic tariff schemes to support the Sales team in negotiating price lists and incentives for customers.
  • Evaluate external customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics or consulting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, back-office, and business intelligence tools.
  • Previous management experience with LSPs or 4PLs.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of European logistics settings and successful experience in benchmarking local organizations.
