Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in the wind industry, and we're seeking a talented Senior Digitalization Project Manager to join our Process and Digital team within Offshore Execution organization.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in successfully scoping and driving internal strategic improvement initiatives in large, diverse, and dynamic enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assessment of current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Scope, plan, and execute internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Project Execution organization.
  • Track project progress, adoption rate of intended changes, and identify risks.
  • Work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and own change management framework.
  • Facilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or digital product management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations.
  • Good understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
