As a Senior HR Business Partner to the Diagnostic Business Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international company. You will be responsible for driving strategic people initiatives that align with global and regional business priorities. This includes talent management, change management, leadership coaching, organizational design, and cultural transformation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Vice President and leadership team to drive business results. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will also provide guidance to Sr. Leaders and line Management on HR-related matters.
This is an onsite role based at our entity in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. You will be part of our Global HR Business Partner team and work alongside other dedicated professionals who share our purpose of delivering best-in-class HR services to our stakeholders around the world.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic people initiatives.
- Drive talent management and development programs to support business growth.
