Key Responsibilities
  1. Growth-Oriented Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies to maximise upsell and cross-sell revenue streams with global accounts.
  2. Strategic Planning: Contribute to overarching company strategic planning and represent the sales organisation in executive leadership forums.
  3. Critical Negotiations: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with selected top accounts, lead negotiations, and engage in high-stakes customer interactions.
  4. Sales Budget Management: Efficiently manage the sales budget, establish accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with finance on comprehensive financial reporting.
  5. Targeted Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and implement targeted go-to-market strategies focused on key accounts to drive significant revenue expansion.
Your Profile
  1. Proven Success: Minimum 5-7+ years of proven success in enterprise sales within the SaaS, digital, or technology sectors.
  2. Management Consulting Background: Background in management consulting, providing a strategic and analytical approach to sales engagements.
  3. C-Level Relationships: Demonstrated expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives in target industries.
  4. Digital Landscape Expertise: Deep understanding of the digital landscape and its evolving market dynamics.
  5. Sales Performance: Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing significant, complex deals.
  6. Collaborative Selling: Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to leverage a collaborative selling approach.
  7. Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel as required for client engagements and business development.
