Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our Consumer Products team. As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and delivering architectural solutions, structuring technology and engineering teams, and managing large-scale technical delivery. You will also contribute to thought leadership, driving the adoption of modern architecture and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale technical strategy, design, planning, and delivery
  • Drive best practices adoption and ensure the growth of teams and talent
  • Contribute to thought leadership and help instil a long-term vision for our Consumer Products & Retail technology capabilities
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to pitch, design, and deliver solutions that transform our clients' businesses

Requirements

  • Strong track record in consulting organisations with experience of interfacing with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience in defining technology strategies for clients, with a focus on modern architectures
  • Technical management and delivery experience of globally distributed engineering teams
  • Strong presentation, client pitching skills, and Agile Delivery experience
  • Understanding of key Retail / Consumer Products business areas
