We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operations Associate to join our team in Copenhagen Region. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our fleet management operations.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading shared micro-mobility provider, TIER Mobility, which is dedicated to changing mobility for good. Our mission is to provide people with access to a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by our proprietary Energy Network.

As a Technical Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing daily in-and-out-of-warehouse operations on a task basis, triaging and diagnosing issues with vehicles that arrive in the warehouse, repairing vehicles efficiently, maintaining a tidy and organized warehouse, assisting with inventory management, driving a provided van to maintain the fleet, collecting and redistributing batteries, and performing minor repairs on site.

Responsibilities
  • Execute daily in-and-out-of-warehouse operations on a task basis;
  • Triage and diagnose issues with vehicles that arrive in the warehouse;
  • Repair vehicles efficiently, maximizing operational vehicles and minimizing inactive ones;
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse for smooth transitions;
  • Assist with inventory management and monitoring spare parts and supplies;
  • Drive a provided van around the city to maintain the fleet;
  • Collect, redistribute, and swap batteries using our proprietary app;
  • Perform minor repairs on site and document any damage or repairs needed;
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the Operations Manager to improve operational processes and ensure great service for residents;
Requirements
  • Good experience working with computers, smartphones, and apps;
  • Prior experience in repair work, preferably with automobiles, bicycles, e-bikes, or e-scooters, is desirable;
  • Flexibility to support tasks inside and outside the warehouse;
  • English skills are mandatory; local language knowledge is a plus;
  • Able to work conscientiously and prioritize safety;
  • Flexibility to work on a shift schedule;
  • Prior experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, or repair is valuable;
  • A valid driver's license (type B) is required.
