Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Maconomy Enterprise Support Professional to join our award-winning Support Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide world-class support to Deltek's Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud-based customers via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert-level support to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Leveraging problem-solving skills to effectively understand, troubleshoot, and triage customer issues.
  • Meeting operational and customer satisfaction-related metrics both individually and as part of a team.
  • Driving continuous improvements and expanding skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations and contributing to our Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborating with line managers and proactively managing job tasks.
  • Contributing to project-level initiatives across our team to bring value to our people, customers, and business.

Qualifications Must-Have Skills/Experience:

  • Progressive experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business.
  • Previous knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, software and/or database knowledge (SQL or Oracle), and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
  • A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
  • Successful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
  • General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and being self-motivated.
