To drive AGRAMKOW's growth in North America, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Manager with a strong finance background to oversee the finance and accounting functions of the North American organization.

This role will involve managing a variety of financial and office management tasks, including bookkeeping, financial control, travel expense processing, payroll administration, and office administration. You will report directly to the Managing Director, North America, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance within the organization.

This position requires an all-hands-on-deck mentality, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with accounting software, particularly SAP, is an advantage. You should also be familiar with relevant US laws and tax rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Manage financial processes in SAP and perform month-end closing
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accounting system
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Handle order confirmation and purchase order approvals
  • Monitor inventory and stock
  • Handle payroll and related tasks such as tax filing
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Carry out light office management duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of relevant US laws and tax rules
  • Experience generating and communicating financial reports
  • Experience analyzing performance and developing financial and operational goals
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented team player comfortable working in an international setting
