About the Role

As a talented Lead Brand Designer, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our brand and marketing materials. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact on our visual identity and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and print collateral.
  • Lead and manage a small team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business goals.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communication Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
