We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team at LanguageWire Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that aims to simplify communication across the globe.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and project management while working on real-world initiatives.

You will support a rebrand rollout, contribute to key marketing initiatives, and aid in ad hoc projects like events or campaigns. This role can be tailored to your areas of interest to help your growth and development in the field.

Our Team:

You will be part of our Global Marketing team, which is spread between Denmark and Spain. We operate as a central hub for worldwide marketing and branding, maintaining touchpoints across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting in the execution of the company's rebranding strategy by ensuring all materials are aligned to the new brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Seeking out projects and tasks that align with your interests, whether in data analysis, creative content, social media, SEO, or other areas of marketing.
  • Taking part in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to gain exposure to diverse marketing strategies and practices.
  • Providing general support to the marketing team with administrative tasks, research, and creative processes as needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following:

  • A current undergraduate or master student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • A strong interest in branding, marketing strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • An ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
